General Scope

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online reselling shop. We expressly point out that these are second-hand goods.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. These are displayed during the ordering process and vary depending on the delivery location.

3. Shipping and delivery

We ship the goods within three working days after receipt of payment. Delivery times depend on the respective shipping service provider and can vary. We (vintagevibe.ch) accept no liability for delays caused by the shipping service provider. A-Post is also possible in Switzerland on request.

4. Liability for damages

Once the goods have been handed over to the shipping service provider, the risk of damage or loss lies with the buyer. It is recommended to choose insured shipping to cover any damage.

5. Right of return

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be unworn. The return costs are to be borne by the buyer.

6. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase price will be refunded within two days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
